M7 Electrical (London) Ltd has extensive experience of new build projects spanning nearly 30 years and were engaged by one of our existing clients to design, install and commission an electrical installation to their new development of luxury townhouses and associated car-park areas in Dulwich, London SE22.
The build programme was for a period of 22 weeks and along with a high specification electrical installation, we also asked to design and install the CAT5 data, IRS TV system, mechanical ventilation and external estate lighting.
Practical completion was achieved on time and within budget and the development was then handed over to our client in order for the new residents to occupy their homes.
